摘要
教师做教育教学研究要建立"共同体"的概念,要认识到教育教学研究是为自己的教育人生做。教育研究应强化现场意识、问题意识、谱系意识、方法意识、价值意识和理论意识。研究成果的表达应倡导一个基准,讲究两套功夫,把握三个角度,穿越四重境界。
Teachers need to establish the concept of “community” to conduct education and teaching research, and they need to realize what they do is for the life of their own education. Education research should enhance the awareness of scene, problem, pedigree, method, value and theory. The expression of research fruits should advocate one benchmark, attend to two sets of skills, grasping three angles, and go through four realms.
