摘要 以安徽省国家级风景名胜区的网络游记为基础数据,从游客的来源、游客的旅行方式、游客的关注点、游客的满意度四个方面,对安徽省国家级风景名胜区的游客行为方式进行了研究。研究发现安徽省国家级风景名胜区的的游客来源主要与来源地的地理区位和经济发展有关;客流高峰一般出现在四月以及十月,八月与十二月客流最少;与朋友或者独自旅行的人占大多数,游客消费偏低;游客的关注点主要集中在宗教文化、历史典故、奇特景观三个方面;游客满意度较高,但价格不合理、管理不善、安全存在隐患等是游客不满意的主要原因。 Based on the online travel records of national scenic spots in Anhui Province, this study explores the behaviors of tourists in Anhui National Scenic Area from four aspects: the source of tourists, the way of travel of tourists, the focus of tourists and the satisfaction of tourists. This study found that the tourist sources of the national scenic spots in Anhui Province are mainly related to the geographical location and economic development of the tourists ource;the peak of passenger flow generally occurs in April and October, and the least passenger flow in August and December;travel with friends or alone The majority of people, tourists consumption is low;tourists focus on religious culture, historical allusions,strange landscapes;tourist satisfaction is high, but the price is unreasonable, poor management, security issues, etc. are the main reasonof tourists unsatisfied.
