摘要
通过分析罐料和制罐的生产流程,利用扫描电镜对罐底开裂样罐进行检测分析,用EDS进行元素能谱分析,确定了罐底开裂产生的原因,提出了预防罐底开裂的措施。
Based on the analysis of tank material and production process,scanning electron microscope(SEM)is used to detect and analyze the cracked sample tank bottom,EDS is used to analyze the element energy spectrum,the causes of cracked tank bottom are determined,and the measures to prevent cracked tank bottom are put forward.
