摘要
根据电磁加热原理,设计了电磁加热装置,该装置与板形控制系统有效结合,使板形测量值更加接近于设定值。经过现场测试和工业验证,该装置有效缓解带材边紧肋松的状况,达到了改善板形质量的目的。
In this paper,electromagnetic heating device is designed according to the principle of electromagnetic heating,the device is combined with an efficient and flatness control system make the flatness measurement value is more close to the set value.After field test and industrial test,the device is effective in relieving the condition of the strip edge tight rib loose,achieved the purpose of improving quality of strip shape.
