专业学位研究生教学满意度的结构方程分析——以J大MEM为例 被引量:3

摘要 为准确评价专业学位研究生课程教学与满意度之间关系,文章建立了以教学态度、教学技能、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果和教学满意度为潜变量的测评量表,应用结构方程模型,定量分析了各指标在潜变量上的因子载荷和各潜变量之间的路径依赖关系,并对J大的MEM进行了实证研究。结果表明:首先,专业学位研究生的教学满意度一般,还需要进一步提升改进;其次,教学态度、技能、内容、方法和效果都对满意度有着显著的正向影响,其中教学技能和教学方法对满意度的影响尤为显著;最后,在所有测评中,教学技能和教学内容的满意度较低,这直接影响了教学满意度的结果。 This paper investigates the relationship between teaching and satisfaction for professional graduate students. A measurement model comprising latent variables including teaching attitudes, expertise, content, methods, effects, and satisfaction, was developed. Quantitative analysis based on structural equation modeling was performed to exam the factor loadings of the indicators related to these latent variables, and the path dependencies among the latent variables. An empirical study was then conducted based on a sample of Master of Engineering Management (MEM) students studying in J university. The results show that:(i) the degree of teaching satisfaction is rather mediocre and needs to be improved;(ii) teaching attitudes, expertise, content, methods and effects are all positively related to satisfaction, especially the effects of teaching expertise and methods are more pronounced;(iii) the degrees of satisfaction towards teaching expertise and content are relatively low, which affects the result of overall satisfaction.
