摘要
针对我国高校机器人教育起步晚,学生在机器人创新实践教学中表现出创新能力不足的问题,文章将TRIZ理论应用于服务机器人的创新实践教学中。文章以TRIZ理论的发明问题解决过程模型为依据,针对服务机器人得出了一套比较完整地创新设计方案,并对方案进行了实施及相关计算,并将分割原理、局部特性原理及动态性原理等创新原理应用于改进设计中,使改进后的服务机器人在自动化程度及稳定性上有了一定的提升。实践证明TRIZ理论的在创新实践教学中具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the late start of robot education in colleges and universities in China, students show insufficient in innovation ability in the practice of robot innovation practice. TRIZ theory is applied to the innovative practice teaching of service robots. In this paper a set of relatively complete innovative design solutions for service robots is obtained based on the TRIZ theory's invention problem solving process model, the scheme was implemented and related calculations, and the innovative principles such as the principle of segmentation, the principle of local characteristics and the principle of dynamics were applied to the improved design, had a certain improvement in the degree of automation and stability. Practice has proved that TRIZ theory has broad application prospects in innovative practice teaching.
