智慧旅游背景下新疆高校本科旅游管理专业人才培养研究

旅游业作为新疆精准脱贫的重要抓手,旅游管理专业人才也必将在此过程中发挥巨大作用。但智慧旅游正在促生旅游业的巨大变革,同时也对高校旅游管理专业人才培养提出了更高的要求,如何针对这种发展趋势做出快速调整亟待当前新疆高校进行思考。文章基于新疆旅游管理本科专业在人才培养过程中的现实问题梳理,明析了智慧旅游背景下的人才需求,并对专业培养体系提出了建议。

As an important target for precision poverty alleviation in Xinjiang, tourism management professionals will also play a huge role in this process. However, smart tourism is promoting great changes in the tourism industry. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the training of college tourism management professionals. How to make rapid adjustments to this development trend is urgently needed to think about the current Xinjiang universities. The article is based on the practical problems of Xinjiang tourism management undergraduate majors in the process of talent cultivation, and analyzes the talent demand in the context of smart tourism, and puts forward suggestions for the professional training system.
