新形势下高职院校辅导员队伍建设的问题与思考

当前,我国社会正在向新阶段发展,在全球科技和产业变革加速进行的国际背景下,高等教育对高校及辅导员队伍建设形成了新挑战和新需求。针对高等教育发展进入大众阶段末期、辅导员职业群体发展具有更加专业化、职业化和教学管理对象逐渐向00后群体转移这三方面的新形势,文章从社会、高校和个体三个层面对新形势进行思考,提出应对策略。基于社会大循环背景,高职院校辅导员队伍建设必须利用多种社会资源,从高职院校体制和辅导员个人两方面入手,进一步促进我国高校学生事务管理水平的提高和思想政治教育发展。

As our society is developing into a new stage, under the international background of accelerating global technological and industrial transformation, new challenges and new demands have been formed for the contingent of college and counselor team building. Based on the background of social circulation, the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges must use a variety of social resources, starting from the higher vocational college system and counselors personally, further promoting the improvement of the level of student affairs management and the development of ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities.
