In modern society, politics, economy and education are mutually conditioned and mutually reinforcing. The "Supply-Side Reform" by the economy will inevitably lead to educational changes. Under this background, the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is imperative. The arrival of the "internet plus" era of ideological and political education for college students has had a profound impact on the ideological and moral values of college students. The new media represented by WeChat has strongly promoted the change of the main body, content and mode of supply of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with its explosive use and growth trend. Since its operation, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics students has created nearly 600 original tweets on its WeChat public platform" micro-speech and aviation language" for student affairs, which has long been ranked among the top three universities in Beijing in the national university's WeChat list, and the student media center has been selected by the Ministry of Education as the first batch of "Network Culture Studio for College Students". This paper attempts to explore and practice the ideological and political education of "Internet plus" college students from the perspective of supply-side reform by analyzing the relevant practices and experiences of the new media platform represented by WeChat public account "micro-speech and aviation language" and combining with relevant classical communication theories.
