高职院校服务型基层党组织建设路径研究——基于警察院校安全类专业群的探索与实践

高职院校服务型基层党组织建设既是高职院校党建工作的立身之本,更是推动高职院校转型发展的关键所在。适应新时期高职教育的新常态,探索高职院校服务型基层党组织建设显得尤为重要。深入分析当前高职院校服务型基层党组织面临的挑战与存在的问题,总结高职院校基层党建的相关实践,无疑具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。有鉴于此,文章基于浙江警官职业学院安全防范系党总支具体实践,以期为探索高职院校服务型基层党组织建设路径创新提供有益的视角与值得借鉴的经验。

The construction of service-oriented grassroots party organizations in higher vocational colleges is not only the foundation of party building work in higher vocational colleges, but also the key to promote the transformation and development of higher vocational colleges. In order to adapt to the new normal situation of higher vocational education in the new era, it is particularly important to explore the construction of service-oriented grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze the challenges and problems faced by service-oriented grass-roots party organizations and summarize the relevant practice of grass-roots party building in higher vocational colleges. In view of this, this paper is based on the specific practice of the General Party Branch of the Department of Safety and Prevention of Zhejiang Police Vocational College, in order to provide a useful perspective and experience for exploring the innovative path of service-oriented grassroots party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
