摘要
目的:提高静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师临床服务水平和服务质量,进一步促进临床用药安全、合理和有效。方法:分析青海省人民医院PIVAS 2017年7月与临床科室电话咨询涉及问题,实施针对性改进措施,并与改进前进行对比。结果:改进后PIVAS电话咨询数量和病区医嘱提交不及时等问题明显减少。结论:本次改进方法有效可行,可显著提高PIVAS和临床的工作效率。
Objective:To improve the clinical service level and service quality of PIVAS pharmacists,and further promote the safety,rationality and effectiveness of clinical treatment.Methods:Analyzing the issues involved in the telephone consultation between PIVAS and clinical departments in July 2017,taking some targeted improvement measures and then comparing results with the before ones.Results:The number of PIVAS telephone consultation and the issues of falling to submit medical advice in time decreased significantly after the improvement.Conclusion:The improved measures are effective and feasible,and can significantly enhance the working efficiency of PIVAS and clinic.
