摘要
目的:探讨MRI T_2-Mapping成像对膝关节髌软骨早期退变的影像诊断价值。方法:采用GE Discovery 750 3.0 T MRI 8回波SE序列行髌骨轴位T_2-Mapping成像。采用国际软骨修复协会(ICRS)标准对髌软骨进行分级,并与关节镜下所见软骨对照,测量正常组和膝关节骨关节炎(OA)组的髌软骨最厚处和病变处的平均T_2值。结果:正常组膝关节软骨表面光滑、完整、信号均匀,伪彩图呈红色;OA组软骨连续性可,软骨层变薄,局部信号不均匀,伪彩图呈斑片状蓝绿色。早期OA组平均T_2值高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:T_2-Mapping成像对膝关节髌软骨早期退变有很高的价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI T2-Mapping imaging in the early stage of knee degenerative cartilage degeneration.Methods:The tibial axial T2-Mapping imaging was underwent.Cartilage degeneration were graded using the ICRS criteria,compared with cartilage seen under arthroscopy,the T2 value at the thickest part of the cartilage of the OA group and the normal group were measured.Results:In the normal group,the articular cartilage of subjects showed homogeneous signal with the smooth and complete surface and their color maps were red.In the OA group,the articular cartilage of subjects showed heterogeneous signal with acceptable continuity and thin thickness and their color maps were spot-liked cyan.Average T2 values of the OA group were bigger than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:T2-Mapping imaging has a high clinical value in the early diagnosis of cartilage degeneration of the knee joint.
