摘要
电气化铁路分区所的两路引入电源在接触网上设置了锚段关节式分相进行隔离,以避免双边变电所之间出现环流。为解决现有车载断电过分相和地面切换过分相方式通过此处分相区时存在的各种问题,文章提出了一种基于大功率电力电子技术的分区所地面自动过分相装置设计方案,介绍了系统构成和控制方法,探讨了保护逻辑,并通过现场高压运行试验,验证了方案及控制策略的可行性、安全性和优越性。分相双边电源切换时间可在0.1ms~10ms之间无级调节,保证电力机车及动车组等负载不降速、平滑无感知通过,并有效防止变电所之间潮流交换。同时,装置系统构成简洁,保护功能完善,便于运营管理和维护检修。
In order to avoid the circulating current between the bilateral substations,the two introduced power sources of the electrified railway divisional station are separated by the joint phase of the anchor section in the overhead contact system(OCS).In order to solve all kinds of problems existing in the way of on-board power cut off and ground switch over phase,this paper puts forward a design scheme of ground automatic phase passing device based on high-power electronic technology.The system structure and control method are introduced,the protection logic is discussed,and the feasibility,safety and superiority of the scheme and control strategy are verified by the field high pressure operation test.The switching time of the split phase bilateral power supply can be adjusted steplessly between 0.1ms^10ms to ensure that the load of electric locomotive and EMU can't slow down and pass smoothly without perception,and effectively prevent the power flow exchange between substations.At the same time,the structure of the device system is simple,the protection function is perfect,and it is convenient for operation management and maintenance.
