一种新型变压器检修架的研制

摘要 目前配网柱上配电变压器检修维护是通过设置在两电杆前后的横担及垂直设置在横担上的两台担固定,在变压器日常维护及抢修时,由于柱上变的施工操作空间受到变压器等设备放置环境的限制,导致变压器抢修施工效率不高、施工人员存在施工安全隐患,为改变目前存在的影响变压器维护抢修效率和存在安全隐患的现象,需要研制一款柱上变压器检修保护架,使用时安装上,不用时可取下。 At present,the maintenance of distribution transformer on the distribution column is fixed by the cross pole before and after two poles and the two poles set vertically on the cross pole,when the transformer is in daily maintenance and rush repair.Because the construction operating space of the column is restricted by the placing environment of the transformer and other equipment,there is low efficiency of the transformer rush repair and there are security threats to for the construction personnel.In order to change the existing phenomena which affect the efficiency of transformer maintenance and repair as well as the existence of potential safety problems,it is necessary to develop a transformer maintenance protection frame on the column,which can be installed when necessary and removed when unnecessary.
