摘要
为弄清柔性钢花管注浆结构加固松散堆积体路基机理与承载变形特征,文章基于具体工程实践开展研究,发现注浆大幅度提高了堆积体颗粒间内摩擦角φ和粘结力C,与桩构成的复合地基由于桩间土拱效应增强和桩土耦合作用,更进一步提高了堆积体路基的承载与抗变形能力。通过假设与构建计算模型,提出了最大桩应力、桩间距、桩排距及桩周加固体沉降计算方法,为该新型结构的设计提供了理论依据与遵循。
In order to make clear the mechanism and load-bearing deformation characteristics of soft steel tube grouting structure in reinforcing the loose accumulation roadbed,the research is carried out on the basis of the concrete engineering practice in this paper.It is found that grouting can greatly increase the internal friction angleφand adhesion force C between the ppapers of the accumulation body.The pile-soil composite foundation further improves the carrying capacity and anti-deformation capacity of the accumulation body roadbed due to the enhancement of the soil arch effect between the piles and the coupling action of the pile and the soil.The calculation methods of maximum pile stress,pile spacing,pile spacing and settlement around piles are proposed by assuming and constructing the calculation model,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of a new structure.
