摘要
对电连接器进行几何清理,并简化模型,利用数值方法分析电连接器额定工况1800V条件下,整体电压分布和电场分布,得出最大场强位置,判断电连接器是否有击穿的可能性。根据仿真结果,分析电连接器最大场强产生的原因,可以对电连接器的实际设计提供参考和指导。
The electrical connector is cleaned geometrically,and the model is simplified.The whole voltage distribution and electric field distribution are analyzed by numerical method under the rated working condition of 1800 V,and the maximum field strength position is obtained to judge whether the electrical connector has the possibility of breakdown.According to the simulation results,the cause of the maximum field strength of the electrical connector is analyzed,which can provide reference and guidance for the actual design of the electrical connector.
