汽车企业中多AGV通讯组网技术研究

AGV技术以其智能、高效、快捷等优势在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,这在汽车制造业中体现得尤为明显。随着汽车企业中AGV数量的不断增加,随之而来的是多AGV的通讯组网问题,文章首先分析了Zigbee无线网络的拓扑结构类型,然后采用Zigbee技术设计多AGV通讯系统,使得一台工控机即可对多个AGV进行控制,提高了系统的灵活性。

AGV technology with its intelligent,efficient,fast and other advantages in industrial production has been widely used,which is particularly evident in the automotive manufacturing industry.With the increasing number of AGV in automobile enterprises,the following problem is the communication network of multiple AGV.This paper first analyzes the topological structure of Zigbee wireless network,and then designs the multi-AGV communication system usingZigbee technology.A single industrial computer can be used to control multiple AGV,and the flexibility of the system is improved.
