火车轮对压装选配系统开发与应用

面对某批次火车车轮和车轴零件,提出了一种基于最大配对成功率之选配原则的轮对压装选配方法,基于VB 6.0和SQL Server数据库技术,开发了火车轮对压装选配系统,在满足压装曲线的前提下能最大限度地配对成功,并自动生成未配成对的配轮卡或配轴卡。

In this paper,a method of wheel set press-fitting selection based on the principle of maximum pairing success rate is put forward.Based on VB 6.0 and SQL Server database technology,a train wheelset press-fitting selection system is developed for a certain batch of train wheels and axles.Under the premise of satisfying the press-mounting curve,the matching can be achieved to the maximum extent,and the unmatched matching wheel cards or the matching shaft cards can be automatically generated.
