完善铁路机车运用安全管理的方案探讨

铁路运输是我国居民长距离出行时主要的交通方式,铁路机车是铁路运输的主要设备,铁路机车运用安全管理效果对铁路交通运输质量及安全性具有直接的影响。因此,文章以铁路机车运用安全管理为入手点,分析了铁路机车运用安全管理现状。从旅客列车平稳操纵、乘务员休息管理、乘务员安全预防管理、铁路机车安全信息管理系统等方面,对铁路机车运用安全管理方案进行了深入探究。

Railway transportation is the main mode of transportation for Chinese residents when they travel for long distances.Railway locomotive is the main equipment of railway transportation.The safety management effect of railway locomotive operation has a direct impact on the quality and safety of railway transportation.Therefore,this paper takes the railway locomotive operation safety management as the starting point,and analyzes the present situation of the railway locomotive operation safety management.From the aspects of stable operation of passenger train,crew rest management,crew safety prevention management,railway locomotive safety information management system and so on,the railway locomotive operation safety management scheme is studied in depth.
