摘要
目的探究军事训练相关外侧型弹响髋关节镜下射频手术治疗的方法与疗效。方法 2013年1月~2017年7月本院共完成23例(26髋)部队官兵军事训练引起的外侧型弹响髋关节镜下的射频手术治疗。手术前后采用牛津大学髋关节评分(OHS)评估髋关节功能,疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估疼痛缓解程度,记录患者术后并发症情况。结果所有患者术后患髋活动时弹响消失,活动度恢复正常,术后无感染、血管神经损伤、关节活动受限等并发症。末次随访时患者OHS评分[(74.12±8.17)分vs(27.68±5.85)分]及VAS评分[(5.43±1.25)分vs(1.73±1.46)分]均较术前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下射频治疗军事训练所致外侧型弹响髋,患者术后髋关节功能恢复良好,疼痛轻,具有预后好、创伤小、操作简单的特点。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of radiosurgery for arthroscopic hip-assisted hip arthroscopy.Methods From January 2013 to July 2017,a total of 23 cases(26 hips)of military officers and soldiers under the military training of the external type of hip arthroscopic radiofrequency surgery were performed.The hip function was assessed by the Oxford University Hip Score(OHS)before and after surgery.The Pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to assess the degree of pain relief and the postoperative complications were recorded.Results In all patients,the hips disappeared when the hips were active,the activity returned to normal,and there were no complications such as infection,vascular nerve injury,and limited joint activity.At the last follow-up,patients'OHS scores[(74.12±8.17)points vs.(27.68±5.85)points]and VAS scores[(5.43±1.25)points vs.(1.73±1.46)points]were improved compared with preoperative changes,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic radiofrequency treatment for lateral training of the hip is caused by military training.The postoperative hip function is well recovered,the pain is light,and the prognosis is good,the trauma is small,and the operation is simple.
