不同肝段超声引导下穿刺活检的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Needle Biopsy in Different Liver Segments

目的总结不同肝段超声引导下穿刺活检的经验及体会。方法回顾性分析我院于2015年3月～2018年7月收治入院肝脏疾病患者60例,分析不同肝段疾病在超声引导下穿刺活检术临床资料,总结超声引导下穿刺活检术在提高肝脏疾病诊断的临床价值及病理取材操作准确性的心得。结果本组共60例病例,其中Ⅱ段16例、Ⅲ段8例、Ⅳ段4例、Ⅴ段5例、Ⅵ段7例、Ⅶ段9例、Ⅷ段11例,出现1例并发症(出血)。60例病例中弥漫性病变28例:其中肝硬化11例、肝炎17例;良性病变18例:其中血管瘤13例、肝脓肿5例;恶性肿瘤14例:其中肝细胞癌9例、胆管细胞癌3例、转移性肝癌2例。结论超声引导下肝脏穿刺活检安全性高,是肝脏疾病诊断的重要辅助手段,不同肝段的病变活检依赖于超声的良好引导。

Objective To summarize the experience and experience of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in different liver segments.Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 patients with liver disease admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to July 2018,analysis of clinical data of ultrasound-guided biopsy under different ultrasound-guided biopsy,and summary of ultrasound-guided biopsy to improve liver disease The clinical value of the diagnosis and the accuracy of the pathological operation accuracy.Results There were 60 cases in this group,including 16 cases of stageⅡ,8 cases of stageⅢ,4 cases of stageⅣ,5 cases ofⅤ,7 cases ofⅥ,9 cases ofⅦ,11 cases ofⅧ,and 1 case of complications(bleeding).There were 28 cases of diffuse lesions in 60 cases:11 cases of cirrhosis and 17 cases of hepatitis;18 cases of benign lesions:13 cases of hemangiomas,5 cases of hepatic abscess;14 cases of malignant tumors:9 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma,there were 3 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 2 cases of metastatic liver cancer.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided liver biopsy has high safety and is an important auxiliary method for the diagnosis of liver diseases.The biopsy of different liver segments depends on the good guidance of ultrasound.
