中国民营农业企业“走出去”的路径选择——基于新希望集团调研的思考与启示

Path Choice of “Going Out” for Private Agricultural Enterprises in China——Thoughts and Enlightenment Based on the Investigation of New Hope Group

自改革开放以来,中国逐步融入世界经济体系,民营农业企业不断发展壮大,并成为农业"走出去"的主力军。但是,民营农业企业在国际市场上的产业布局、业务层次、风险防范等方面仍显薄弱。新希望集团是中国最大的民营农牧企业,也是最早走出国门的民营企业之一,在"走出去"过程中积累了丰富的实践经验。本文在回顾与总结民营农业企业成长历程、发展现状及存在问题的基础上,详细介绍了新希望集团的国际化路径,以期推动中国民营农业企业在新形势下的跨国经营健康发展。

Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually been integrated into the world economic system,and private agricultural enterprises have been growing and becoming the main body of“going out”of agriculture.However,private agricultural enterprises are still weak in industrial layout,business level and risk prevention in the international market.New Hope Group is the largest private farming and animal husbandry enterprise in China and one of the earliest private enterprises to go abroad,accumulating rich practical experience in the process of“going abroad”.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the growth process,development status and remaining problems of private agricultural enterprises,this paper introduces in detail the internationalization path of New Hope Group in order to promote the healthy development of transnational operation of Chinese private agricultural enterprises under the new situation.
