基于SWOT分析的海南自贸区建设策略研究

A Strategic Study on Constructing Hainan Free Trade Zone Based on SWOT Analysis

为适应新一轮对外开放的战略要求,2018年4月海南省被确定为自由贸易试验区。海南面临多重发展机遇与挑战,肩负着更大的使命。本文以SWOT分析法为基础,对海南在我国新一轮对外开放过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行深入的分析,并提出海南自贸区建设要在解放思想、抢抓机遇的基础上继续加大政策支持、优化产业结构、合理引才用才,不断补齐自身短板;促进海南自贸区成为我国海上开放新的战略支点、中国—东盟合作平台、海上丝绸之路新门户与世界经济交流中心,成为新一轮改革开放的标杆和窗口。

In order to meet the strategic requirements of the new round of opening up,Hainan was designated as a free trade pilot area in April 2018.Hainan is facing multiple development opportunities and challenges,has been given greater expectations and shoulders greater mission.On the basis of SWOT analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Hainan's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in the new round of opening up to the outside world,and puts forward that the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone requires increased policy support,optimizing industrial structure,attracting talents reasonably,constantly complementing its shortcomings on the basis of emancipating the mind and seizing opportunities,so as to promote Hainan Free Trade Zone to become the new strategic fulcrum of opening up at sea of our country,the China-ASEAN cooperation platform,the new portal of the maritime Silk Road and the world economic exchange center,the benchmark and window of the new round of reform and opening up.
