摘要
目的探讨斯钙素2(STC 2)在肝细胞癌(肝癌)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集Oncomine数据库中有关STC 2的相关信息,对资料进行二次分析,并研究STC 2在肝癌中的作用。肝癌组织与癌旁组织间STC 2表达比较采用t检验。STC 2表达与肝癌患者生存预后关系分析采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线及Log-rank检验。结果 Oncomine数据库总共收集415项不同类型的研究,STC 2表达增高24项,表达降低5项。其中有8项研究涉及STC 2在肝癌组织与癌旁组织中的表达,与癌旁组织相比,STC 2在肝癌组织中高表达(P<0.05)。两项研究发现STC 2与肝癌患者总体生存无相关性(χ~2=3.233,1.787;P>0.05),且与患者肿瘤复发率也不存在相关性(χ~2=3.195,1.514;P>0.05)。结论基于Oncomine数据库分析发现STC 2在肝癌组织高表达,但其与肝癌预后无明确相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of stanniocalcin 2(STC 2)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Information about STC 2 was collected from the Oncomine database and was secondarily analyzed to investigate the role of STC 2 in HCC.The expression levels of STC 2 in HCC and adjacent tissues were compared by t test.The relationship between STC 2 expression and survival prognosis in HCC patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Log-rank test.Results A total of 415 different types of studies were selected from the Oncomine database.The expression level of STC 2 was up-regulated in 24 studies and down-regulated in 5.The expression of STC 2 in HCC and the adjacent tissues was analyzed in 8 studies.STC 2 highly expressed in HCC tissues compared with that in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05).Two studies have demonstrated no correlation between STC 2 expression and the overall survival of HCC patients(χ2=3.233,1.787;P >0.05),and no correlation was observed between STC 2 expression and the recurrence rate(χ2=3.195,1.514;P >0.05).Conclusions The Oncomine database reveals that STC 2 is highly expressed in HCC tissues,but STC 2 expression is not significantly correlated with clinical prognosis of HCC patients.
