摘要
本文回顾了慢性阻塞性肺疾病中贫穷和较低的社会经济地位、人类免疫缺陷病毒感染及室内空气污染等独立危险因素的研究进展,总结了它们可能促进疾病发生的机制及其与其他危险因素之间的关联。
This review elaborates the research progress of the independent risk factors for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease including poverty and lower social-economic status,human immunodeficiency virus infection,and indoor air pollution,and summarizes the mechanisms by which they may contribute to the development and progression of COPD and the associations with other risk factors.
