Problems and Suggestions of Rural Homestead Utilization Management:Taking Dezhou City as an Example

农村宅基地是农民财产的重要组成部分,关系农民的切身利益、农村发展以及社会稳定。本文调查了德州市农村宅基地的管理使用现状,分析了当前面临的困难与问题,并提出了宅基地管理和使用建议,以期促进宅基地的管理,保障农民的合法权益。

Rural homestead is an important part of farmers’property,which is related to the vital interests of farmers,rural development and social stability.This paper investigated the current situations of the management and use of rural homestead in Dezhou City,analyzed the current difficulties and problems,and proposed the management and use of homesteads,in order to promote the management of homesteads and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.
