摘要
天津厚蟹广泛分布于辽河口海滩以翅碱蓬(Suaeda heteroptera)为主的植物群落中,其掘穴和摄食对翅碱蓬等生物会产生扰动作用。通过室内模拟实验,研究了不同体质量的天津厚蟹对翅碱蓬植株的摄食作用和两种碱蓬属植物的摄食选择性。研究结果表明,天津厚蟹体质量大小对翅碱蓬的摄食量无明显影响,摄食强度随机性较强,胃容物解剖时发现翅碱蓬呈糜烂状。在两种碱蓬属植株中,天津厚蟹一般对绿色碱蓬有优先摄食行为,对红色翅碱蓬植株摄食较绿色碱蓬相对较少(P <0.05)。
Helice tientsinensis has disturbance effects on the organisms such as Suaeda heteropteran by digging and feeding.The artificial feeding experiments was carried out under laboratory conditions.The ingestion effect of with different body weights for saussurea plant and the feeding selectivity of Helice tientsinensis for two suaedas were examined using observations and examination of stomach contents.The results of intake rate,stomach contents,and observational characteristics showed that body size of Helice tientsinensis had no obvious effect on the food intake.The randomness of the feeding intensity was strong.The dissected stomach contents shown the Suaeda heteropteran was found to be erosive.Between the two species of Suaedas,Helice tientsinensis generally had preferential feeding behavior toward Suaeda salsa,and the relatively low preferential feeding behavior toward Suaeda heteroptera.
