摘要
中华饮食文化之所以具备独特之处,除了烹饪手法的多样化,还在于对色彩的搭配,色香味俱全是我国烹饪艺术一直追求的,由此可知色彩搭配的重要性。将美学思想应用至中餐烹饪中,可以有效提升菜肴的审美价值,为人们带来赏心悦目的感官体验。基于此,本文针对中餐烹饪中色彩和造型的表现艺术进行研究与分析。
The uniqueness of Chinese food culture,in addition to the diversity of cooking techniques,is also the combination of color,color and flavor is the pursuit of Chinese culinary art,which can be known as the importance of color matching.Applying aesthetic ideas to Chinese cooking can effectively enhance the aesthetic value of the dishes and provide a pleasing sensory experience for people.Based on this,this paper analyze the art of color and styling in Chinese cooking.
