摘要
食品是民生的根本,其最基本也是最核心的因素为安全性,但近些年来我国的食品安全饱受诟病。基于对常见食品安全问题的探究和解读,本文从食品安全管理和法规监管两个角度建立和完善食品安全保障体系,以全面解决我国的食品安全问题。
Food is the basic of people’s livelihood,the most basic and core factor is the safety of food,but China’s food safety has been criticized in recent years.Based on the exploration and interpretation of common food safety issues,this article establishes and improves the food safety assurance system from the two perspectives of food safety management and regulatory supervision to completely solve China’s food safety problems.
