摘要
本研究使用改良的分光光度法测定南美白对虾中总磷的含量,微波消解技术进行样品前处理,抗坏血酸作为还原剂。结果表明,该测定方法在磷含量为0~30μg时,工作曲线呈良好线性关系,加标回收率在98.1%~111.2%,变异系数CV小于5.00%,结果稳定,酸消耗量低,环境污染小,本方法适用于南美白对虾中总磷的检测。
The improved method has been applied to determination of total phosphorus in Penaeus vannamei.Microwave digestion technique for sample pretreatment and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent were used in the method.The working curves showed good linear relationship when phosphorus content in 0~30μg.The recovery rate was 98.1%~111.2%and the coefficient of variation is less than 5.00%.The method used little acid and produced little environmental pollution,but the results were stable.The improved method is suitable for the detection of total phosphorus in Penaeus vannamei.
