Food is indispensable in daily life.After food processing is completed,strict food analysis and detection are needed,which is inseparable from the application of various key technologies.This paper mainly analysed the characteristics of food analysis and detection,and briefly introduces the application of several key technologies in video analysis and detection,as well as the problems needing attention in food analysis and detection.
