Liancai is a Dalian local cuisine.It is also a branch of Shandong cuisine in the eight major Chinese cuisines,with unique geographical location,the origin of Shandong Cuisine with a long history.Through the hard work of the culinary masters,not only did the food carry forward the culinary culture.and spread it,Liancai will show new branches,more brilliant.
