摘要
[目的]筛选出杏鲍菇工厂化栽培水分管理的最佳方式。[方法]采用超声波加湿器、离心式加湿器加湿、高压喷水枪加湿、低压喷水枪加湿共4种不同加湿方式进行杏鲍菇栽培水分管理优化。[结果]超声波加湿器加湿方式污染率最低,为2.0%,比对照CK污染率降低9.3%;其平均产量比对照CK提高15.5%,子实体含水量极差值为4.2%,与对照存在极显著差异。[结论]超声波加湿器加湿方式是杏鲍菇工厂化栽培过程中水分管理方式的最佳方式。
[Objective]To screen the optimal method for the moisture management of industrialized cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii Quel..[Method]Four different humidity methods were used for the moisture management optimization of Pleurotus eryngii cultivation.[Result]Contamination rate of ultrasonic humidifier method was the lowest(2.0%),which reduced 9.3%compared with the CK.Its average yield enhanced by 15.5%compared with the control;the extreme value of moisture content of fruiting body was 4.2%,showing extremely significant with the control.[Conclusion]Contamination rate of ultrasonic humidifier method was the optimal method for the moisture management of industrialized cultivation of P.eryngii.
