小黑药实生苗的栽培驯化研究

摘要 [目的]对小黑药进行实生苗栽培驯化研究。[方法]采用L_8(2~7)正交试验,考察不同光照、土壤、温度对小黑药实生苗生长发育的影响。[结果]弱光、混合土+高温、弱光+混合土较适宜叶生长数量增长;弱光+混合土、弱光、混合土、混合土+高温较适宜叶长度增长;弱光、弱光+混合土有助于提高叶均生长速率;以上不同处理差异均显著或极显著;120 d时鲜生物量差异不显著,但弱光、混合土、高温下鲜生物量较大。[结论]弱光、混合土、高温是小黑药实生苗生长发育和生物量积累的适宜条件。 [Objective]To carry out cultivation and domestication researches on seedlings of Sanicula astrantiifolia.[Method]L 8(2 7)orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effects of light,soil,temperature on the growth and development of S.astrantiifolia seedlings.[Result]Weak light,mixed soil+high temperature,weak light+mixed soil were relatively suitable conditions for the growth of leaf number.Weak light+mixed soil,weak light,mixed soil,mixed soil+high temperature were beneficial to the growth of leaf length.Weak light,weak light+mixed soil were beneficial to improve leaf growth rate.All these treatments showed significant or extremely significant differences.There were no significant differences in fresh biomass at 120 d,but there was a large amount of fresh biomass under weak light,mixed soil high temperature.[Conclusion]Weak light,mixed soil and high temperature were suitable conditions for growth of S.astrantiifolia seedlings and the accumulation of biomass.
