安徽省养猪场饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_1污染状况调查 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]了解安徽省养猪场所用饲料黄曲霉毒素B_1污染情况,保证养殖场的正常健康生产。[方法]于2017年5—11月对安徽省内不同规模的5家养猪场共采集饲料391组,其中小猪料134组,大猪料257组。用酶联免疫法测定黄曲霉毒素B_1含量。[结果]养猪场饲料黄曲霉毒素B_1污染情况较为普遍,污染率高达99.5%,饲料黄曲霉毒素B_1在饲料中的分布与季节也有一定相关,6—7月梅雨季节,黄曲霉毒素B_1超标情况最为严重。同时用料塔储存的饲料,比单纯用饲料库储存的饲料,其黄曲霉毒素B_1污染情况更加严重。[结论]该研究为企业正常健康生产和人类的动物性食品安全检测提供依据。 [Objective]The research aimed to understand the contamination of AFB 1 in feeds in pig farms in Anhui Province,ensure the normal healthy production of the farm.[Method]In May-November 2017,a total of 391 feeds were collected from five pig farms of different scales in Anhui Province,including 134 piglet feed and 257 l big pig feed.The AFB 1 content was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.[Result]The contamination of AFB 1 in pig farms was relatively common,and the pollution rate was as high as 99.5%.The distribution of AFB 1 in feed was also related to the season.During the plum rain season from June to July,the AFB 1 exceeded the standard.At the same time,the feed stored in the feed tower was more serious than the AFB 1 contaminated by the feed stored in the feed stock.[Conclusion]The research provides a basis for the normal health production of human enterprises and the safe detection of human animal food.
