乡村振兴视域下工商资本进乡村机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of the Industrial and Commercial Capital into Country under the Country Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略,是继脱贫攻坚之后解决"三农"问题的又一项重大战略部署。工商资本进乡村有助于推动乡村振兴战略,弥补乡村发展短板。该文阐述了工商资本进乡村在实践过程中的成效,并指出其中存在的一些问题,提出了工商资本进乡村路径和对策建议。重点分析了地方政府、工商资本、村委会、村民等主体在这一进程中扮演的角色,旨在实现各方互利共赢,实现乡村振兴。

The country revitalization strategy was raised in the19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is another important strategic plan to solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”after poverty alleviation.The industrial and commercial capital into country will be conducive to promoting the country revitalization strategy and making up for the weakness of rural development.This paper expounded the effects of the industrial and commercial capital into country in practices,pointed out some existing problems and put forward some approaches and countermeasures for the industrial and commercial capital into country.The main body role of local government,enterprises,the village committee and villagers in this process is emphatically analyzed to achieve mutual benefit and win-win and achieve the country revitalization.
