摘要 运用UG软件对电吹风产品的圆扁风口塑件进行了外观工业造型和注塑模具结构的设计。依据塑件的形状特点,设计了其一模两腔侧浇口两次开模两次顶出注塑模具。模具结构中,模板的第一次打开用于动模侧中央型芯镶件的先抽芯,第二次打开用于塑件型腔侧型腔镶件及哈弗滑块的抽芯;顶出板的两次顶出中,第一次顶出用于塑件与中央型芯镶件的完全脱离,第二次用于内抽芯滑块的内抽芯驱动,以实现塑件的完全脱模。针对模具滑块内收抽芯机构的设计,运用一次开模、两次顶出的组合驱动,实现了塑件内壁的自动抽芯脱模,有效降低了模具的制造成本。模具结构布局合理,机构设置精巧恰当,实现了塑件的自动化注塑生产。 UG software was used to design the industrial appearance modeling and injection mould structure of circular and flat tuyere plastic part of hair dryer.According to the shape characteristics of the plastic part,injection mould with one mould and two cavities and two side gates were designed,which was opened at twice and ejected at twice.In the mold structure,the mould template was opened at the first time for the core-pulling of central core insert on the side of moving mould,and opened at the second time for the core-pulling of cavity insert on the side of the plastic part cavity and the half slider.In the two ejections of ejector plate,the first ejection was used for the complete separation of the plastic part from the central core insert,and the second ejection was used for driving the internal core-pulling action of the internal core-pulling slider to realize the complete demoulding of the plastic part.According to the design of the mould slider internal core-pulling mechanism,the combination driving of one opening and two ejecting was used for realizing the automatic core-pulling and demoulding of the inner wall of the plastic part,and the manufacturing cost of the mould was reduced effectively.The mould structure layout is reasonable,the mechanism setting is exquisite and appropriate,which realizes the automatic injection molding production of the plastic parts.
