摘要
以质量分数为20%的玻璃纤维(GF)增强均聚聚丙烯(PP)(HPP/20%GF)为研究对象,研究了硅酮母粒含量对HPP/20%GF物理力学性能和相应注塑制件外观与光泽度的影响。结果表明,硅酮母粒质量分数为0.5%~1%时,硅酮母粒对HPP/20%GF的物理力学性能影响很小,且明显提升了制件的光泽度,减小了浮纤现象。光泽度可用于表征硅酮母粒对HPP/20%GF的抗浮纤效果,其大于70时,制件的浮纤现象已基本得到消除。对上述硅酮改性HPP/20%GF进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱测试,从其谱图中选择了775~827cm^(-1)与1 427~1 481cm^(-1)处的峰高比作为特征参数,建立了其与光泽度的关系曲线和方程,在不同牌号的均聚PP与GF的组合以及不同相容剂含量下进行了验证,发现通过曲线和方程得到的光泽度计算值与实测值的误差均小于5%,表明选择的峰高比较为合理,建立的曲线和方程有较高的准确性,为特定硅酮改性GF增强均聚PP材料抗浮纤效果的快速检测提供了一种参考方法。
Taking 20%glass fiber(GF)reinforced polypropylene homopolymer(HPP)(HPP/20%GF)as research object,the effects of silicone masterbatch contents on the physical and mechanical properties of HPP/20%GF,appearance and gloss of relevant injection pats were studied.The results indicate that the silicone masterbatch has little influences on the physical and mechanical properties,improves the gloss obviously and reduces the fiber floating when the mass fraction of silicone masterbatch is in the range of 0.5%–1%.The gloss can be used as a characterization for anti-floating effect of silicone masterbatch on HPP/20%GF,when it is greater than 70,the fiber floating of relevant injection pats is basiclly vanished.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy test was done for the silicone modified HPP/20%GF and the peak height ratio of peak at 775–827 cm-1 and peak at 1 427–1 481 cm-1 in the spectrogram was selected as feature,the relationship curve and equation between the feature and the gloss were set up and they were verified under the combination of HPP and GF with different brand names and different compatibilizer contents.It is found that the errors of measured values and calculated values obtained from the relationship curve and equation for the gloss are all less than 5%,which indicates that the selected peak height ratio is more reasonable and the established relationship curve and equation have higher accuracy and provide a reference method for rapidly detecting the anti-floating effect of specific silicone modified GF reinforced HPP material.
