On Philosophy of Universal Benefit

普惠哲学这一概念,是在推进当代中国马克思主义哲学创新的语境与框架中提出来的。狭义的普惠哲学,强调人民共创共享共治;广义的普惠哲学,则是一个包含哲学理念、价值观念、思维方式和行为选择的总体性概念,它在本质上是一种国家哲学,其内涵可以从国内与国际两个方面加以阐释。普惠哲学的提出,是一种必然,它具有文化、理论、历史、现实等几方面的背景和依据。作为一种价值观念,普惠哲学与西方所谓的普世价值在理论基础、思维方式、理论实质、理论特点与实践导向等方面,有着根本区别。

The concept of philosophy of universal benefit is put forward in the context and framework of promoting the innovation of Marxist philosophy in contemporary China.In a narrow sense,the philosophy of universal benefit emphasizes that the people create,share and co-govern together.In a broad sense,the philosophy of universal benefit is a general concept of philosophy idea,value,mode of thinking,and choice of behavior.In essence,it is a kind of national philosophy,the connotation of which can be explained from both domestic and international aspects.The putting forward of the philosophy of universal benefit is a kind of necessity,it has grand and important background and basis of culture,theory,history,and reality.As a kind of value,the philosophy of universal benefit is fundamentally different from the so-called universal value in the way of thinking,the theoretical essence,the theoretical basis,the theoretical characteristics and the practical orientation.
