心肌酶谱及N末端B型利钠肽原对脓毒血症患儿临床价值的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨心肌酶谱及N末端B型利钠肽原对脓毒血症患儿的临床价值。方法:收集1 588例脓毒血症患儿及100例正常体检儿童,分别检测血清中心肌酶谱(CK、CK-MB、HDL-L、AST)及肝素抗凝全血中N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)的水平。结果:脓毒血症患儿CK-MB、HDL-L、AST及NT-pro BNP水平明显高于正常体检儿童,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); CK在两组中没有明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:脓毒血症患儿心脏受到较明显的损伤,且存在心力衰竭的风险。CK-MB、HDL-L、AST及NT-pro BNP在脓毒血症患儿心功能受损及其严重程度的评估中起到积极作用,因此临床上对于可疑及确诊的脓毒血症患儿要尽早给予相关治疗,并密切关注患儿心脏功能指标的变化,保护患儿心脏。
