摘要 实践教学是卫生事业管理专业教学的重要组成部分,更是学生获得岗位胜任力的重要途径。文章以某医科大学为例,通过该校卫生事业管理专业建立专业实践教学基地的合作培养机制,探索提高学生解决卫生管理实际问题的能力,培养其创造性思维与岗位胜任力的有效路径。在院地合作培养实践教学平台的基础上,从合作培养基地的遴选与评估机制,带教标准作业程序机制,专业导师与基地导师联合培养机制,健全院地合作培养制度等方面构建基于岗位胜任力的院地合作卫生事业管理专业实践教学培养机制的路径,为卫生事业管理专业实践教学模式的拓宽与专业建设提供借鉴思路。 Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching of health management specialty,and an important way for students to acquire the position competency.A case of medical university in the western region on the basis of cooperation practice teaching platform was studied.The ways were be explored to improve students'ability to solve practical problems in health management and cultivated an effective path for their creative thinking and post competence through the establishment of a cooperative training mechanism for professional practice teaching bases through the health management profession,The ways to build of cooperative mechanism was put out from four viewpoints:the selection and evaluation mechanism,standard operating procedure mechanism in teaching,united training mechanism between professional mentor and base mentor,cooperative training system sound.The references for health management professional development was put forward.
