近年来我国对临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式进行了改革,在保证研究生培养学术要求的基础上,强化临床专业学位研究生的临床实践能力的培养质量,将临床医学专业学位的实践培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,并进一步提出专科培训的概念。"双轨合一"新政策的出台,给医学研究生带来了新的挑战和压力,不仅学习任务加重,而且面临着经济、就业、婚恋、人际关系等各方面的压力。医学研究生的心理健康教育不容忽视。导师是研究生教育的责任人,参与研究生培养的整个过程,在研究生心理健康教育工作中具有重要地位,应重视导师的心理引导作用。

In recent years,our country has made a systematic reform on the training mode of postgraduate students of clinical medicine.On the basis of guaranteeing the academic requirements of postgraduate training,the training quality of clinical practice ability of clinical professional degree postgraduates should be strengthened,combined practice training of clinical medicine professional degree with standardized training of resident doctors,and further put forward the concept of specialized training.The introduction of the new policy brings new challenges and pressure to the graduate students'mental health education.They not only have more learning task,but also face the pressure of economy,employment,marriage,interpersonal relationship and so on.Mental health education for medical postgraduates should not be ignored.Tutor is a responsible person in postgraduate education,Taking part in the whole process of postgraduate training,an active part should be taken in postgraduate mental health education and promote the comprehensive quality of postgraduates.
