基于词频分析的临床医学本科生实践岗位胜任力模型构建 被引量:3

摘要 目的梳理临床医学本科生在临床实践阶段所需培养的岗位胜任力,构建临床医学本科生培养模型。方法通过检索中国知网、万方、维普三大数据库有关临床医学本科生岗位胜任力文献,并利用词频分析法提取临床实践岗位胜任力特征要素。结果经纳入、排除标准筛选,分析符合条件的文献131篇,共提取47个词频大于等于5的胜任特征要素,最终经分析归纳合并,构建了包含5个维度、18个胜任因子的临床医学本科生实践岗位胜任力模型。结论该模型对于有针对性地提高临床医学本科生实践岗位胜任能力和切实培养卓越医学生具有一定的理论和现实价值。 Objective To establish a model of clinical medicine undergraduate education by combing the position competence of clinical medicine undergraduates in clinical practice.Methods Through the database of CNKI,WANFANG and WEIPU to search the literatures on the competency of clinical medicine undergraduates,and extract the characteristic elements of the competency of clinical practice posts by using word frequency analysis.Results Through the screening of inclusion and exclusion criteria,131 eligible literatures were analyzed,and a total of 47 competence feature elements with word frequency greater than or equal to 5 were extracted.Finally,through analysis and induction and combination,a practical position competency model of clinical medicine undergraduates with 5 dimensions and 18 competency factors was constructed.Conclusion This model has certain theoretical and practical value for improving the practical ability of clinical medical undergraduates and training excellent medical students.
