Treatment of Middle and Late Pregnancy Complicated With Ureteral Calculi Obstruction

目的探讨与分析输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与弾道碎石术治疗妊娠中晚期合并输尿管结石梗阻的效果及安全性。方法选取本院2017年2月—2018年2月接收的46例妊娠中晚期并输尿管结石梗阻患者,随机分为两组,各23例,分别接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗、输尿管镜下弾道碎石术治疗。对比治疗效果,治疗基本情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率、结石清除率、结石排净率、一次碎石成功率高于对照组,且总不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论妊娠中晚期合并输尿管结石梗阻接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗效果确切,且安全性较高,改善了患者预后。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy and lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in treatment of middle and late pregnancy complicated with ureteral calculi obstruction.Methods 46 cases of patients with middle and late pregnancy complicated with ureteral calculi obstruction and who received in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 23 cases in each group,and were respectively received holmium laser lithotripsy treatment under ureteroscopy and lithotripsy treatment under ureteroscopy.Then,the treatment effect,the basic situation of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate,stone clearance rate,stone excretion rate and success rate of first attempt lithotripsy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.And the incidence of total adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of holmium laser lithotripsy treatment under ureteroscopy in treatment of middle and late pregnancy complicated with ureteral calculi obstruction are effective,and the safety is high,which can improve the prognosis of the patients.
