陪伴式分娩护理对分娩方式及预后的影响研究

Research on Influence of Whole Process Accompany Childbirth Nursing on the Delivery Mode and Prognosis

目的研究分析进行全程陪伴式分娩护理对产妇分娩方式的具体影响,并分析分娩护理对产妇产后出血的具体影响。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月接收的60例分娩产妇为本文研究对象,将其随机的分成两组,分别为观察组(n=30)和参照组(n=30)。其中参照组产妇采用常规的分娩护理方式进行临床干预,而观察组则由专职产护士进行全程陪伴式分娩护理,分别对两组产妇护理的效果进行分析评价。结果观察组的自然分娩率为76.67%,剖宫产率为13.33%,两组产妇的分娩方式比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度和明显优于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组产妇产后2 h出血量为(105.71±98.27)mL,参照组产妇在分娩后2 h出血量为(213.93±112.82)mL。观察组产后2 h出血量与参照组相比,明显更少(P <0.05),观察组产程时间为(9.7±1.4)h,与参照组(16.2±1.7)h相比,明显更短(P <0.05)。结论针对分娩产妇实施全程陪伴式分娩护理能提高自然分娩率,产妇的产后出血量和出血发生率都相对减少。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of the whole process accompany childbirth nursing on the delivery mode of the puerpera,and to analyze the specific influence of childbirth nursing on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of maternal and who delivered in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object in this study,and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=30)and the reference group(n=30).The reference group of parturient were given the routine delivery nursing for clinical intervention,while the observation group were treated with whole process accompany childbirth nursing by full-time nurses.Then,the nursing effect of two groups of maternal were analyzed and evaluated.Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 76.67%,and the rate of cesarean section was 13.33%.There was significant difference in mode of delivery between the two groups(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of parturient in the observation group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum 2 h bleeding in the observation group was(105.71±98.27)mL,while the amount of 2 h bleeding after delivery in the reference group of parturient was(213.93±112.82)mL.The amount of 2 h bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The duration of labor in the observation group was(9.7±1.4)h,which was significantly shorter than that in the reference group of(16.2±1.7)h(P<0.05).Conclusion For the delivery of maternal care in the whole process of delivery which can improve the rate of natural childbirth,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of bleeding are reduced.
