中医护理在肺癌患者中的应用研究

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients With Lung Cancer

目的对中医护理技术在肺癌治疗中的应用措施和效果进行探究。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月在我院治疗的肺癌患者60例作为本次实验的研究对象,按照不同的护理方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各有30例患者,观察组给予中医护理,对照组给予常规护理,对两组护理的临床效果进行比较。结果实施中医护理的观察组患者临床护理效果明显优于对照组,两组对比差异具备统计学意义,P <0.05。结论对肺癌患者实施的中医护理措施有效改善了临床症状,对提高生活质量的作用显著。

Objective To explore the application measures and effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation and control groups,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was given Chinese medicine nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing,and the clinical effects of the two groups of nursing were compared.Results The clinical nursing effect of the observation group in the implementation of TCM nursing was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures for patients with lung cancer have effectively improved the clinical symptoms,and have a significant effect on the prevention of complications and the improvement of quality of life.
