产房内早期干预护理方法及对母乳喂养的影响

The Implementation of the Delivery Room Early Interventional Nursing Methods and Effects on Postpartum Breast Feeding

目的探讨产房内早期干预性护理的实施方法及对产后母乳喂养的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月—2018年6月90例产房产妇,采用信封方法分为对照组45例和实验组45例,对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以早期干预性护理。比较效果。结果实验组满意率、爱丁堡产后抑郁的中位评分、对产后母乳喂养知识和技巧的了解程度、产后开始母乳喂养的时间、母乳喂养率方面相较于对照组更好,P <0.05。结论产房者实施早期干预性护理效果好,可改善爱丁堡产后抑郁的中位评分,提升母乳喂养率。

Objective To study the implementation of the delivery room early interventional nursing methods and effects on postpartum breast feeding.Methods 90 puerperal women in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group(45 cases)and experimental group(45 cases)by envelope method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given early intervention nursing.The results were compared.Results The satisfaction rate,median score of Edinburgh postpartum depression,knowledge and skills of postpartum breastfeeding,time of starting breastfeeding and breastfeeding rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of early intervention nursing in delivery room is good.It can improve the median score of postpartum depression in Edinburgh and the rate of breastfeeding.
