摘要
目的探讨研究早期肠内营养及护理干预对急性脑出血患者预后的干预效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年2月医院收治的急性脑出血患者76例展开研究,依据数字表法将之随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采取肠外营养和常规护理干预,观察组采取早期肠内营养及护理干预,观察比较两组干预效果。结果干预前两组患者神经功能缺损(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、改良Barthel指数(modified barthel index,MBI)量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组干预后NIHSS评分、MBI评分改善程度均比对照组更明显(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率比对照组显著更低(P <0.05)。结论早期肠内营养及护理干预有助于促进急性脑出血患者神经功能恢复,减少并发症,提高生活能力,改善预后。
Objective To study the intervention effect of early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 76 cases of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage and who treated in our hospital from August 2016 to February 2018 were studied,and were randomly divided into two groups,which was the control group and the observation group by the digital table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group were received parenteral nutrition and routine nursing intervention,while the observation group were received the early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention.Then,the intervention effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in nerve function defect(NIHSS)and modified Barthel Index(MBI)between the two groups before intervention(P >0.05).The NIHSS score and MBI score improvement after intervention in the observation group was more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention can help to promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the complications,improve the living ability and improve the prognosis.
