延续性护理对艾滋病患者自我管理及生活质量的影响观察

Effect of Continuity Nursing on Self-management and Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

目的总结并归纳延续性护理对艾滋病患者自我管理及生活质量的影响效果。方法本文将42例艾滋病患者纳入研究,选取时间为2016年5月—2017年5月,所有研究对象均知情同意。采用随机数字表法进行分组,将42例患者分为研究组和对照组,每组21例,对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行延续性护理,比较两组患者对护理知识的掌握程度,自我管理能力,及其护理前后的生活质量。结果进行各自护理以后,研究组患者在对护理知识的掌握程度,自我管理能力及生活质量方面均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对艾滋病患者进行护理期间,延续性护理模式可提高艾滋病患者对护理知识的掌握程度,提高患者自我护理的能力,可有效改善患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To summarize the effect of continuous nursing on self-management and quality of life of AIDS patients.Methods 42 AIDS patients were included in the study and selected from May 2016 to May 2017.42 patients were divided into a study group and a control group,21 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care.The study group conducted continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The mastery of nursing knowledge,self-management ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After their respective nursing,the patients in the study group were far superior to the control group in terms of their mastery of nursing knowledge,self-management ability and quality of life.There were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing of AIDS patients,continuous nursing mode can improve the knowledge of AIDS patients,improve their ability of self-care,effectively improve their quality of life,and have high clinical application value.
