护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Nursing Management in Emergency Department

目的研究护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年8月收治的80例急诊科患者,将其作为研究对象,采用数字随机表的方法,将研究对象分为实验组和参照组,每组40例;参照组采用急诊科常规护理措施,实验组采用急诊科风险管理措施。对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组护理满意度(95.0%)明显高于参照组护理满意度(77.5%),其护理质量更高,出诊时间相对较短,比参照组护理方法更具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将风险管理应用于急诊科护理管理中,在临床上取得了良好的效果。

Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management on nursing management in emergency department.Methods 80 patients of emergency department in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research object.Using the method of digital random table,the subjects were divided into experimental group and reference group,40 cases in each group;the reference group was given the routine nursing measures in the emergency department,and the experimental group was given the emergency department risk management measures.The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(77.5%).The success rate of first aid was higher,the quality of nursing was higher,the time of visit was relatively shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management of emergency department has achieved good results in clinical practice.
